Hi, I'm Michelle and I've been teaching yoga and meditation since 2016.

After starting to do Yoga during a stressful career, I realised how much good it was doing for my mental health and it made me want to share with others.

I love helping people find their peace and staying in optimal health. 

When I'm not teaching, i'm caring for my husband and 3 kids as well as my many house and barnyard pets.

I also love to spend time outside running, hiking, camping and gardening.
